Site plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying various sections of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
